Isn't the crazy woman's brother Ray Daniels?
All I can say is Al must have been a huge fan of Joe Dirt, so much so that he found a woman that was a clone of him and married her. I know that Al isn't exactly a prize, himself, but you would think a big rock star like him could find a more attractive mate than that.
