    You really reduce your chances of getting cancer by raising the oxygen level of your blood and keeping your blood alkaline.

    Drink a lot of good pure water as well. People today don't drink enough water. They drink soda pop, coffee, and other junk. They tend to be dehydrated. The body likes water and uses it to hydrate and flush itself.
