The ad doesn't say the condition of the record... doesn't even say there's a record in the cover... If it contains a record... in excellent condition it's worth about $10 -$15.

Now the value of the autographs... That's up to the buyer and how much money they are willing to throw away. No real investment value in Van Halen autographs these days unless an "event" occurs and you choose to capitalize on it.

I'd pay like $20-30... But I don't place a high value on autographs. Never even asked for one in my life...

Um, what does a "good COA" mean?

Those things are too easy to make nowadays, and with no REAL verification that it's authentic, I wouldn't spend 500 clams on it....

The album cover is just a piece of cardboard... with iconic pictures... the auction did not even mention a record inside.

No matter though... it didn't sell so clearly the seller out-priced it and no fools were shopping this weekend.

If you looked close at the album - it has a real nice bend in the upper left corner and the edges of the whole album are not crisp. I could see paying around $500.00 for this if it was mint - but it is not and probably isn't considered VG+. I have seen enough of their signatures to say that they are real (probably one of those signings they did at music stores or at a radio station)- too bad someone didn't take care of it since.

I paid six hundred for a Who album in mint condition (inside and out) signed by all 4 - but that has Moonies signature on it, which is pretty rare. I know I shouldn't have paid that, but that was my wedding gift to myself!

I had sent the dude a message asking the two important questions.

1. Does it have a vinyl album and what condition is it in?

2. Who is the COA from? Anyone with Photoshop can create one these days
