First time I heard "It's Showtime" on the radio, I actually thought Van HALEN got back together. Sadly, that wouldn't be the case for another 5 years.... and then only 2 songs before another LOOOOOOOOOONG wait.

He had a local artist paint this mural on the side of Little Mountain Sound Studios, but the city ordered it to be whitewashed because it drew too much attention to the area at that time.
There was a small color picture of it in Playboy magazine as well. This b&w photo is from an old newspaper clipping.
