    Penske offers Stewart Indy Ride

I love Indy Cars...and my favorite race is the Indy 500...

    It's pure and utter magic.

When Stewart drove Indy cars...he was my favorite driver...and I've always liked his A.J. Foyt-ish behavior as a driver...

Penske offhandedly offered him a ride today for the Indy, and while Stewart has said he's done with the Indy 500...he'd be an idiot not to take Penske up on his offer...

this is the ONE WAY that Stewart could actually win...and Penske would for sure...do everything he could to make it happen...

then try to beat him later that day...at Charlotte...

I think Stewart will say no, but he'd be a moron if he did...

He's a moron anyway. a few years ago he was whining during the off season about rough driving then slammed someone on purpose at Daytona. He tries to retaliate and crashes himself and his target and then claims the other guy crashed him. He's gonna kill somebody or get killed someday driving like he does. I think he's more like Little Al than Foyt.

Stewart is about the only NASTARD driver with the stones to say what's on his mind.

          I don't know about that...

but he does tend to spout of at the mouth...and I do like that.

Most of those guys are fucking full of shit though...which is fine...

but Stewart doesn't mind saying dumb shit...and backs it up as well...

and I've seen him make plenty of bullshit moves over the years...and he damn near always take credit for bush league shit on his own part...

I've seen him take the blame for shit but I've also heard him blame others when he was clearly at fault. I met him at California Speedway a few years ago. My buddy set us up with worker passes. During the race he drives one of those carts that take people to the medical staff if they can't get there on their own. He took us on a tour of the drivers motorhomes and Tony was manning the grill at his after the Nationwide race on saturday. We stopped and he was quite cordial to us. I met Dave Navvaro the same afternoon. He was in a band made up of members of several newer bands playing a one off show at the track. He was quite cordial as well. I saw King Richard entering the ESPN suite on the track but all I got was a nod from him.

If I were driving a car at 200 MPH...I'd blame everyone else too...fuck it...

All you need to know about Tony Stewart and Indy is this: Would he take the same offer from Foyt?
                ( team Foyt - A.J. Foyt Enterprises)

Stewart had his best shot at Indy in 2001. He blew it with Ganassi.

Nick Minassian had nothing but trouble with his car all month and finished deep due to a gearbox.

                Penkse goes 1-2.

CART goes 1-6 with the IRL finishing one lap down. (Leo Mehl- otherwise known as the smartass – Quotes: Run What you brung and: May Whine)

Among the IRL stalwarts that failed to qualify: IRL Series Champ Stan Wattles, Didier Andre, Tyce Pork Chop Carlson, and USAC standout Jimmy Kite ( IRL vision - back to roots).

Scott Sharp hits the wall in the first turn of the first lap. Profiled to win by ABC.

Have a photo of Helio talking to Bobby Unser about Turn One during Friday’s practice before qualifing. Two real Indycar drivers.

Tony Stewart at Indy will ALWAYS be a replacement driver.
