Interesting. But so true. Mittens made so many about-faces towards the end of the campaign....I was not sure he was the same candidate who started the campaign.

This is the same DickWeed who said the Huffington Post is not Left-Leaning. He has ZERO credibility.

Oh, and you do?
Does not matter if he has any cred with you or not.
He is not wrong.
Mittens was not a true fascist, he just pretended to be one early on, then caved and tried to go "centrist", so he lost your fascist brethren's vote.
The Democrats would not vote for him.
The moderate Republicans had dismissed him because of his extremist pandering, and his attempts to suck their dick and lick their ass in the final weeks of the campaign were viewed with derision.
Smart people would not vote for him because he had no plans to help the country, either internationally or domestically, on a financial, or social level.
And he hired an idiot monkey as a VP, whose healthcare plan was the same thing Obama was proposing......which was the same plan that Mittens ran with as governor of Mass, which Mittens continually tried to say was going to ruin our country.
So he lost all credibility there.
Not to mention comments by his own party on numerous occasion basically denigrating women, saying slavery was approved by God, and all sorts of other Neo-Fascist White Honkey Christian bullshit.
Lastly, simply speaking the truth about why your failed candidate was unable to win does not make the HP "left-leaning".
Truth is truth. It is not left. It is not right.
It is just TRUTH.
Go look up "truth" and "reality" in the dictionary. You might learn something.

I think it's the other way around...

Gotcha...
The biggest mistake the Tea Party made was allowing themselves to be swallowed into the fold of the Republican Party, despite that being where they belong. By allowing this to happen, the Tea Party enabled the conventional wisdom that they are composed of a bunch of GOP extremists to take hold. That may well be the truth when it's all boiled down, but it's not a useful definition for the Tea Party to labor under.
The Republican Party has to do more than just a cosmetic makeover to be a non-minority player going forward. They have to do more than just learn how to speak fluently in PC phrasings and come up with better code words. They have to really take a look at their conservative philosophy vs. what becomes of it in reality. Was it really worth winning the WH and Congress in 2000 and 2004 if the price of that was allowing multiple foreign wars and budget-busting deficits? Is a winning strategy one that allows hacks like Karl Rove to hijack the apparatus and use wedge-issues that a smaller slice of the electorate care about to eek out victories in the short-term?
Look where the GOP is now on any number of issues, from gay marriage to marijuana legalization to immigration. The Tea Party is very vocal about their opposition to these things, but it was foolish for the GOP to extrapolate from that a fantasy-based consensus that this mindset somehow represents where the rest of America is going on these things.
I'll tell you something: if Republican politicians actually practiced what their philosophy preaches when elected, and were actually willing to make tough choices rather than pursue some bullshit, centrist/populist strategy brazenly designed for nothing other than mass-appeal to people's fears...THAT would be a party worth listening to...and voting for.

And let's be frank: Romney was the best candidate the party could offer out of everyone who actually ran in the primary. Make no mistake about that (am including Ron Paul in this assertion).
What does it say about a party who allows clowns, jokers and frauds like Herman Cain, Bachmann, Gingrich and Donald Trump to run rampant during their primary season? No fucking discipline. That whole business was a freak show from the get-go, and Romney looked good only by comparison.
The Republican Party, when serious, has good ideas to bring to the table...and we need those ideas. Those ideas aren't going to be taken seriously by enough people to make a difference if the candidate choices boil down to a bunch of jokers. No fucking way.
Fuck both of the corrupt parties, how's that ??
And Romney was the best out of what they had to offer because nobody in their right mind who is qualified want's anything to do with corrupt US politics...

You all still don't get it. There is no left or right. It's all a con job to keep us fighting amongst ourselves. If there was a left and right once in a while they would agree on somethings. Theses assholes disagree about everything just to keep it straight.

You are confusing the "Democratic" party of Barack Obama and Debbie Scatterbrained Lush with "the left". They are not. They are from something called "The Democratic Leadership Council" (DLC) who are neither Democrats nor leaders.
And you know who funds them? Yep, the KKKoch brothers, among other corporate interests.
So yes, it's accurate to say there isn't a nickel's worth of difference between THEM and the Repukes. But it is not accurate to call them "the left".
The actual left and right do agree on several things. We agree that wars in the middle east are stupid, as is the "war" on drugs. Or the preoccupation with what two consenting adults do in their own bedroom (or even one consenting adult and his sock, in your case) or whether two such consenting adults should have less civil rights because of it.
We agree that global predatory capitalism and unregulated Wall Street greed are very bad things.
But you'll never hear about any of this in the corporate whore media, of course.

True. There are liberals and conservatives so to speak but as I've said no one can agree with another person or persons on every subject. I smoke weed and have done tons of drugs. But I don't think the war on drugs in a complete waste. Pot's no big deal but heroin, coke, speed and many more drugs should be controlled. You can't legalize everything. I don't think rich people should pay a higher tax rate just because they have more money. But I'm not against helping someone that needs it as long as they don't abuse the help. I wouldn't ask a chick to get an abortion if I knocked her up but that's her choice. To follow one party or one side on every issue means you lack the independant thought gene.
Yep, FORD lacks that gene...

No democrats are BCE that I know of. And while the BCE has certainly been the power behind every Republican administration since 1952, including Romney's failed campaign, they are losing their total dominance of the party to the KKKoch Brothers - which is why Eddie Munster was on that failed ticket.
So wrong as usual, sockfucker
