I worked one of those back in the 90s when I briefly worked for a cellphone accessory manufacturer... funniest thing is the Adult Entertainment Expo is usually going on downstairs at the Vegas convention center... that was a party!

BTW, my comments regarding my receivers are actually based on the owner of one of the areas most noted high end stereo shops. You know, someone who works in a store that actually has something going for them, knows what they're talking about, and doesn't piss and moan on the web all day for attention and to get reactions to moisten their panties...

I've worked several CES shows in Vegas and was there this year again. Had a ton of traffic in our booth as it was right next to Ford and GM (Both of which along with many other OEM's, use the technology the company I'm now working for develops and sells). It was also near the doors that exit to the Las Vegas Hilton which has many exhibitors so that was helpful too. I think I saw a report saying 157,000 attendees this year.

I love the CES. It's like pron for technophiles...prompting masturbatory fantasies of the latest and greatest tech soon to come.

For my videogame geek side, I'm anticipating the "Destination Playstation" event in late February. It's looking like they'll finally announce Playstation 4 (or whatever they plan to call it) at that time.
