Tell me Godsmack would have ever risen above being an AIC tribute band had Layne not died and the band taken a years-long hiatus. Wouldn't have happened.

I would best their drummer against most any active drummers today I believe he was the second they have had in Godsmack.
I have posted a couple years ago some of his other works in a drummer thread we had around here.
I would have been down with them with or without Stayley, passing away way too soon.
