Pot doesn't cause cancer and it actually smells good when it's burning. The burning paper part probably isn't all that healthy, but that's why God created pipes and bongs.

Or for that matter, get a vaporizer and don't burn it at all. Or just bake some brownies, cookies, etc.

HOW TO: MAKE CRIPPLING CHIP COOKIES
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITH MARIJUANA



INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup pot-butter
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 (12 ounce) package (2 cups) of chocolate morsels



DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Bud Cookie Photo
Mix (by hand) the butter, sugars, and egg into a large bowl.
Combine the baking soda, salt, and flour.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir by hand.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them two inches apart on a greased cookie sheet
Stir in the chocolate morsels.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
Hungry? Let cool for 3 or 4 minutes and grub.

I'm listening to the UFC segment of the show right now, where Dave is practically interviewing him. Sounds like he's been an announcer for the sport for over 10 years.

He's a stand up and presented a program which was on cable here called Fear Factor which was quite big in the US I think where people had to do stunts. It was the first show to do the eating bugs and pigs anuses thing that is so popular now in the mainstream.

Some of the old timer posters here have an unusually good knowledge of him because of a kind of troll on his forum maybe 10 years ago which ended up on some people turning native. His forum is a pretty wild place and because of the free speech ethos here and there over the years there has been some cross population with users going from one site to the other. You need to register to see his board these days and it used to be you had to post porn within your first 10 posts, that kind of sets the scene. I haven't been there in many years, not sure if I still even have an account.

If there's doubt in anyones mind (outside of here, of course) about how classy Dave is, I offer this: Rogan set up Van Hagar like a watermelon on a batter's tee for Dave and the man said not one single word. He could have crushed Sammy in an instant with few words, but that's never been his style in handling the putz. He truly is not worth Dave's time and brain power. When the other way around is presented, Sammy flails like a pro basketball player at Dave.

I do find it a bit suspicious though that a guy of Dave's intelligence couldn't remember Cherone's name...

And Joe was just making statements about all the changes and how cool it must be for him to be back in the band after all of that. Didn't seem like he was prodding Dave to comment on the other incarnations. Didn't try too hard if that was what he wanted.

The memory is weird as we age....and nothing to do with intelligence. I used to be great with names. I'd meet you once and 3 years later could still remember your name when I saw you. Now? Hell last fall I saw 3 actors that I directed a few years ago. Couldn't remember their names.

This isn't radio and the long format means its not just a few sound bites. The tens of thousands that download a Corolla or Rogan podcast a few times a week, do so mainly for the host not the guest.

I go through about 30 hours of podcasts a week but I only listen to the Corolla or Rogan ones occasionally when they have a guest that interests me.

I can't think of anything worse than listening to someone like Alex Jones, Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh every day though.

The thing I have learned about politicians is they just want to get re-elected. If they know they can get re-elected and get away with stuff, then they are hell on wheels. They will tear you a new asshole. If they know they can't get away with shit, then the behave a little better. So the citizens have to watch these mother fuckers and let them know they are being watched. The main reason we have the political problems we do is there are too many distractions anymore. Most people don't even know who their senators and congressmen are.

Alex Jones is a train wreak. He sells fear. He's always acting bizzare and selling fear and products. He's also not a team player. He is known to show up at other people's protests with his blow horn and take the thing over. That's an asshole. Not a true citizen trying to make things better.

His show is one big circle jerk. It's the same round table of the same guests. All of them selling something. One of his guests Max Keiser is supposed to be a financial expert. He's telling everyone to buy gold. Then buy silver. Silver bombs in price and then he tells them to buy Bit Coin. Bit Coin takes a nose dive.

Sorry folks but the Federal Reserve Bank is still in the drivers seat. Them and the large banks can manipulate the markets. They can manipulate the gold and silver price. How many people bought gold and silver at the top because of Alex Jones and his guests? I think that man lost a lot of people's money.
