Oh, no, it is anxiety. It doesn't last for long, but the feeling is "What have I done??" and close to tears. But I haven't done anything.

What about the day after anxiety? Sometimes when I drink I get huge anxiety the day after without any reason at all.
Lately I can wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety, but it passes by the morning.

Just curious about the phenomenon. That won't be a problem for me since I won't drink for a very, VERY long time. Like never again. But it's interesting.

I would say the huge anxiety the day after is, "Oh fucking hell why did I drink so much last night?"

No, this weekend has passed and I didn't drink. I am pretty good at keeping my word. I will drink again, it will just take time.

Lol I am different though. Last time I really got hungover, before last weekend when it was a disaster, was years and years ago. God, when was it. I might have been 23 years old last time I got so hungover that i threw up. I really mean it when I say "not for a while" or "never again". That's why I've been single forever now.
