Religions are political organizations. They are all about control. Every side of the spectrum has their control freaks and the gullible followers. I see the same shit on the left and on the right. Everyone shoots at each other's extremes because that is where the polar opposition is. Once you get more in the middle with the moderates the less difference you see. Where abortion is outlawed, and contraception is too, even though scientific studies have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that free or low-cost birth control drastically reduces the number of abortions and teen pregnancy.
