Don't get me wrong though. I will gladly fork out some more money for a product that's made under more humane conditions.
But given that I don't have that much to spend at the moment, a choice between, say, a cool 450€ Italian leather jacket and a 40€ "Made In China" faux-leather jacket (which looks cool but is essentially like a raincoat, material wise) is a no-brainer.
I will get that Italian jacket, though, as soon as I get my tax returns...
