There were three girls. One was 14 and another was 17 when they disappeared. The third was around 20 but the police figured she left town on her own due to losing custody of her young son. All from the same west side neighborhood.

The 911 dispatcher is under fire for cutting the girl off when she was clearly hysterical and before any of the cops had arrived. The police arrived quickly so the dispatcher did her job, but some are saying she was a bit of a cunt in the empathy dept...

The brothers had open container charges pending, charges were dismissed and brothers released. Victims claim the brothers were not involved.

They didn't live in the house, and it's been reported that if there were visitors to the home they were kept away from the attic, basement, and garage. This morning they said the girls were tied/chained up in the attic and behind a locked door when there were guests at the home.

As much as he might deserve it, I don't know if they'll convince a judge, because apparently it would come down to labeling a miscarriage as "murder". Which might technically be true, if indeed he caused it, but is it legally true?
Possibly, something over the five miscarriages he forced one of the girls to induce after raping her. He beat the fetuses out of her and starved her apparently. ABC just said that under Ohio law, forced termination of a pregnancy is considered aggravated murder...
Was that 5 miscarriages from the same girl, or was it more then one.....
