Charging interest on money that is "given", sounds like a loan not a gift. Maybe a loan is defined differently in a 3rd world country. Here in this country, ive never had a bank force me to take a loan. I have taken out loans for a house, my 1st car etc....but only after i had saved money to make a down payment and only on things i could afford.
I can't believe everyone is ignoring the elephant in the room, which is all the fucking poor people (mostly in third world countries) popping out kids as if their vag is a clown car. Combine that with poor farming skills, and you have a recipe for disaster. Frankly, I prefer Sam Kinison's solution:
