Gets crazier every time you read an article about it, this dude is fucked, and for damn good reason. Shit like this is why somebody like Teblows gets so much press, NFL, NBA, just a bunch of fucking thugs making millions and the truly fucked part about it is they don't even appreciate the chance to do it. The NFL is hell bent on pussifying the game to make it "safer" yet these are the kinds of lunatics teams draft. It is time to take up competitive knitting I swear.

The Pats have released Aaron Hernandez, maybe he can end up sharing a cell with Titus Young?

I heard a Cleveland Brown rookie is charged with attempted murder for "punching someone in the head?" WTF?

    OH MY GOD.

You guys see the timeline yet? This guys goose is cooked. Curious when we will see his 2 friends get arrested or if he blames them. Dude watched too many Sopranos methinks.

    From Yahoo today....

    http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-sh...204349177.html

    June 16

9:02 p.m.: Hernandez texts a friend out of state, saying "please make it back."

9:05: Hernandez texts Lloyd that he wants to get together.

9:35: Hernandez texts a friend in Connecticut that says "get your ass up here."

10:23: Hernandez texts the same friend, "Hurry your ass up."

McCauley indicated that Hernandez recently had 14 surveillance cameras installed in his home. Video from the cameras show two men arriving at Hernandez's home in North Attleboro. Later footage shows Hernandez with a firearm. At one point, Hernandez says to one of the men that he "can't trust anyone anymore," according to McCauley.

    June 17

1:12 a.m.: The three men depart Hernandez's home in a silver Nissan Altima, according to surveillance video, cell phone towers and cell phone records.

Cell towers track their movement south on Interstate 95. At some point, they turn around, then head north before stopping at a gas station on Route 128.

2:10: Hernandez buys gas, a pack of Bubblicious gum and rolling papers.

2:32: The silver Altima arrives at Lloyd's house. Hernandez sends a text message: "We're here."

Lloyd's sister watches Odin Lloyd leave the house and get into the silver Altima. Neighborhood surveillance video shows Hernandez arriving in the neighborhood as well.

Surveillance video tracks the car around Boston.

McCauley explains that during ride back toward North Attleboro, Hernandez tells Lloyd that when they were at a club, Rumor, the previous Friday night, "certain things upset him," including Lloyd talking to some people Hernandez had "troubles" with. McCauley did not indicate how he obtained this information.

Prosecution says the text indicates the "temperature" in the car.

3:07: Lloyd texts his sister, "Did you see who I was with?"

McCauley suggests that this indicates the "temperature" in the car.

Lloyd does not receive a response.

3:11: Lloyd texts his sister again, "Hello."

3:19: Lloyd's sister responds, "My phone was dead. Who?"

    3:22: Lloyd responds, "NFL."

3:23: Lloyd: "Just so you know."

By this point, the four men inside the silver Altima have gotten off I-95 on Route 152, near Hernandez's home, McCauley says records show.

3:23 a.m.: McCauley says surveillance video shows the Altima at a fork in the road. McCauley indicates that one way leads to Hernandez's home, the other down a gravel road where Lloyd's body would later be found. Video shows Hernandez's car going down the gravel road behind a group of industrial buildings.

3:23-3:27: People working the overnight in the industrial park hear gunshots.

3:27: Silver Altima is viewed coming out of gravel road.

3:29: Video at Hernandez's home shows the silver Altima pulling into his driveway.

McCauley states that the distance between where Lloyd's body was found and Hernandez's home is a 2-minute drive.

    The crime scene:

    • According to McCauley, police found five shell casings – three at Lloyd's feet, two some distance away.

    • An autopsy showed two wounds to the chest – one near the left nipple, the other near the right nipple.

    • Lloyd did not appear to be robbed, as he still had his wallet, phone and keys.

McCauley explained that Hernandez returned the Altima to a rental car agency, with the driver's-side mirror missing. A worker at rental agency discovered a shell casing under the driver's seat, next to a piece of Bubblicious gum. The shell casing and the gum were tossed into a garbage bin, where police later found them.

After McCauley finished, Hernandez's defense team requested their client be granted bail based on the prosecution's reliance on circumstantial evidence. "It is at bottom a circumstantial case," Hernandez's attorney Michael Fee told the court. "It is not a strong case." Bail was denied and Hernandez, who stood expressionless through most of the arraignment, remained in custody.

We will see how Mr. NFL star likes life as a prison bitch. So many athletes so disconnected with what is right and what is wrong. It is a damn shame.

I wanna post this because I had to search for it. A shame that the guy who was murdered isn't even being mentioned. Rest in peace dude. Shitty way to go. Taken by "friends" & left in the dirt to rot.

    Just seen this online

According to FOX 25 in Boston, Hernandez is being investigated in connection with a July 2012 double murder occurring in Boston.

Per the report, police found three shooting victims at the intersection of Shawmut Avenue and Herald Street in Boston at 2:00 a.m. on July 16. Two were dead: Safiro Furtado and Daniel Abreu.

Witnesses, according to the report, said persons in a gray or silver SUV having Rhode Island license plates opened fire.

The investigation remains ongoing. Coincidentally, Hernandez signed his $41 million contract with the Patriots the very next month.

What the fuck man? This guy is a real pile of shit.

New England Patriots figured Aaron Hernandez would just get obstruction of justice charge, cut him anyway

By Frank Schwab | Shutdown Corner – 1 hour 37 minutes ago

(USA Today Sports Images)The most important thing for the New England Patriots this week has been to not only get Aaron Hernandez out of the organization, but send every signal that they never want to be associated with him again.

Teams will generally hold onto talented yet troubled players as long as they can, even when they run afoul of the law. When teams make examples out of problem cases, they usually do so with expendable players. The Patriots cut the talented Hernandez right after his arrest (and by doing so that quickly, it could hinder any attempts to recoup a $12.5 million signing bonus Hernandez got last year), and doing it so quickly made a subtle point. The statement even included the line, "We realize that law enforcement investigations into this matter are ongoing," in case there was any doubt what message the Patriots were trying to send. The only thing the Patriots cared about was getting Hernandez completely away from their locker room.

The Patriots apparently didn't even know what Hernandez would be charged with when they cut him not long after his arrest. The Boston Globe wrote that the Patriots "expected Hernandez to be arrested for obstruction of justice, and were 'taken aback' when he was charged with murder."

The fact that the Patriots were willing to let Hernandez loose over an obstruction of justice charge probably says something about Hernandez, and about the Patriots too.

There haven't been a lot of comments of support for Hernandez in the legal process, or shock that he found himself in trouble. And the Patriots have made it pretty clear what they think about their former tight end and the trouble he finds himself in.

The Patriots also voided all future payments of guaranteed money, the Globe reported. The Globe said he was due $2.46 million in guaranteed base salary this season, $200,000 in roster and workout bonuses and a $3.25 million payment to complete his signing bonus. A team source told the Globe the Patriots believe they are "well within our rights" because they say the money was only guaranteed for skill, injury, and cap purposes, but not for conduct. It could be an interesting fight if Hernandez's representatives wish to battle for that money. It will also be interesting to see what the union's response is (the Globe said the union has not yet commented).

Withholding money is something done on a business level behind the scenes. And the Patriots could have let their quick release of Hernandez serve as their public stance on the issue. But instead of letting it drop, they took an extreme step of encouraging fans to give back their Hernandez jerseys.

The Patriots' offer to let fans exchange Hernandez jerseys for another jersey of equal value is practically unheard of. They want it known by everyone what side they're on. (And not that more needs to be said about Hernandez, but The Big Lead citing a Boston Globe story said when a SUV engaged police in a high-speed chase that exceeded 100 miles an hour earlier this year, Hernandez was in the passenger seat and had the audacity to yell out to police, “Trooper, I’m Aaron Hernandez — it’s OK.”)

It's pretty clear that Hernandez wasn't thought of very well in the New England organization. The Ravens decided to support Ray Lewis when he was charged with murder in 2000 because they believed in Lewis as a person. As the news of Odin Lloyd's death kept coming in last week, the Patriots made the decision that they would dump Hernandez when he was arrested. The charges didn't even matter. Neither did the fact that an immediate release could keep the Patriots from recouping a lot of money, that Hernandez is a fantastically talented player or that New England's offense has lost other key players this offseason.

The way the Patriots have aggressively disassociated themselves with Hernandez is pretty unusual. It reflects on Hernandez and on how the Patriots' organization wants to be perceived. Maybe the way the Patriots dealt with Hernandez will provide a template for other NFL teams and how they deal with players who get in trouble.

This is more bizarre than originally thought. Hernandez might have been a gang banger thug but he has a mind like a serial killer if he is to be found guilty of those two other deaths. $40 million is a comfortable if not one sweet life and this fucking idiot lacks the intelligence to see that.

The NFL anymore (being the joke it is) is all about three things:

    1. Greed
    2. Hypocrisy
    3. Failure

A multibillion dollar international business that uses disposable players as capitol most of whom went to college but can't even spell their name much less know how to read the contract they signed.

NFL "play 60" What a fucking joke that is. A "program" to raise awareness on America's embarrassing and increasing obesity among its youth, does it?

    Lot of good that'll do.

    Fuck the NFL.

I wonder if they're going to start handing out awards to rookies for not killing anyone...

LOL. Sad that it's nearly come to that. The next game is "Madden 25.....to life". Unlock Hernandez, OJ, Lewis, etc...

So if he goes to prison who will take him in? Prison gangs are highly racist. Not the blacks. He murdered one. Not the whites. He is too pigmented. Mexicans? Doubtful since he is too white for them. He is gonna be a lonely dude. Without an established crew inside to protect each other he better learn how to fight off the rear advance pretty fast lol.

Convicts always like to take a shot at the big tough famous guy. I hope this fucker gets his ass kicked on a weekly basis. And that he is scrounging for $3 so he can buy candy at the commissary.
