    Recording Metal Bass

    I was looking around for some Pro Tools tutorials on getting killer DI bass sounds, and this came up...funny, with actual useful info, and one rare instance where the Stephen Hawking voice effect is actually kind of funny.

          Took an existing bass track I'd done on one of the tunes I recovered and did the double/distort/blend thing as described in the first video... sounds pretty killer!
