Yeah, I get all that power and control shit. I just don't know how they thought the title "Elder" was appropriate for an 18 year old kid. Especially the ones who were raised in small town Utah, have literally never lived outside of the Mormon bubble, and look like they have landed on another planet when they are given a "mission" in a far more liberal state.
