Look at the history of the world....I mine a ancient sea bed...in the middle of the Canadian Praires...the world has undergone a few mass extinctions...the world has existed with no polar ice caps...humans are but a pin prick in the history of the Earth's existence.

Climate change is a wonderful money making scheme for people that wanna make a lot of money.
The problem is Pollution....refocus.
Tools like this attack the oil in Canada....but it is a lot cleaner than California's coal plants...but that is just uncomfortable to think about.

We use oil in an amazing amount of stuff we use everyday.
I live in a cold climate...oil - gas is everything for survival.
Smart cars and electric cars are not realistic.
We do need something better...but not the reality now.
I get sensitive over the attack on CDN oil...because the misinformation and side steeping by those doing the accusing is over the top.
The Rockefeller Foundation spends money hiring professional activists and donates to Native groups to protest Canadian oil here to fuel the fires down south...bizarre.

Overall...we do need something better for energy...but watching wind farms and solar farms go bust is unreal...still too inefficient in some parts of the world.
Using generators to run windmills is hypocritical too...also under reported.
Pretty much anyone against "climate change" is hypocritical. I think most people are for clean energy. Are you gonna give up cars, electricity, smart phones, heat, etc etc until clean energy becomes viable?
About the only environmentalist that actually "put his money where his mouth was" is the Unabomber...lived in a 1 room shack with no running water and no electricity.
A bicycle, prius or cloth shopping bag are just token gestures designed to make us feel better about ourselves. Nothing more.
It could be a lot more viable if there was a level playing field and not having to fight against politicians and media who have been bought by the fossil fuel businesses.
Spending a trillion on clean energy sources rather than trying to shore up oil supplies from the middle east would have went a hell of a long way plus less dead people too.
Especially when you then exported all of that new tech to other countries.
