    Judge saves Sriracha hot sauce

I guess their plant was smelly and the city wanted to shut them down.
No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!

Apparently some of the neighbors are complaining about getting "tear gassed" by the fumes.

This might be a good time to test some of that smokestack cleaning technology that the coal companies swear they think is possible.... because sriracha is a HELL of a lot more useful than coal is, in the 21st century. To paraphrase Charlton Heston, they can pry my hot sauce from my cold dead hands, you dirty apes!

I've never "tear gassed" myself cooking with the sauce, but I have done so when cooking with certain raw peppers, so it's certainly possible that big batches of peppers cooking could do this to the surrounding neighborhood.

Used to have acid reflux before I stopped eating high fructose corn poison. Stomach acid mixed with spicy food coming back up your throat is the worst goddamn thing imaginable. Nothing stops that shit from burning.

You know the Department of Energy was going to build a prototype clean coal plant at their Idaho Nuclear Engineering Laboratory and they got sued and couldn't build it. The lab is one of the biggest employers in this area and people that have worked there retire here or have vacation homes here. I hear a lot of technology they develop either goes to the military or it gets shelved. They claim they have developed clean coal technology but can't even build a prototype plant to see if it really works. Someone doesn't want us to use our vast coal supplies. Probably the same people who want to build more nuclear plants.

Look at Germany. They have refused to use nuclear power and have gone to wind power and their electricity costs are skyrocketing. They have built windmills all over the foothills of the mountains in this area and they are a real eyesore. Maybe there is a niche for windmills but Germany is learning they just don't work to power a whole country's grid cost effectively.

I actually bought some Mad Anthony's hot sauce and the shit is good. I put it on everything. It's not too hot but it has a lot of flavor.
