This afternoon, just before my last class, I took a 16-year-old student from a class I don't have to the sick room. His nose was bleeding like a tab because he had just been punched in the face by another student - a moron, need I say...
I don't know the reason why he got that fist in his face, and of course he wouldn't tell me about it. Later the nurse told me his nose was broken and he had a slight skull trauma. So silly...
Personally, I sometimes feel like smacking someone in the face, when I feel challenged. Fortunately I never do so - I say fortunately because though I'm cool generally speaking, I can turn extremely nervous in a fraction of a second if I feel pissed. One of my pals who knows the area very well told me about a guy I know, a former handball player, who was sent to jail because he had killed another guy with just one punch in the face. After telling me the story, he added that he knew two guys who are able to do that in the area, that particular guy and... me. So, since then, I'm all the more so prudent.
