It looks to me like if you are in the majority you can't make something for the majority only. For minorities it seems to be okay...? For instance, there are 2 golf courses in my area where i can't possibly play. One is Jewish only. The other is a course bought by the Koreans who work for Hyundai and you can't play unless you are Korean. I'm not trying to get involved in all that... i just want to play some damn golf and i am limited where i can play due to being white.
