Alpha Romeo cars are like marrying a stripper. They are lovely to look at but it's not going to end well.
Even knowing this I was tempted into taking a used one for a 10 minute test drive once.
The engine burst into flames when we hit 40...

LOL Even after leaving the market in the 80's, they had a dedicated following here. There was a used car dealership in the heart of one of the most affluent parts of town that specialized in Euro stuff and had the moniker on the dealership. They've moved on to older Audis and Beamers now. I think the new Alfas, like Fiats, are more reliable in general. Pretty much everything is, even the shittiest most pedestrian car is light years ahead of cars even 20 years ago...
I'll admit I'm wrong about the Challenger Hellcat if Von lets me drive his.
There's a gently used "Bumble Bee" SRT 392 Hemi Challenger that only generates 470-bhp with a 6-speed manual for only $40,000 at a nearby dealership here. It's a nice car. Or you can buy the Viper in the showroom marked down to only $110,000...
I meant "Yellow Jacket"

At the time I had the FIAT Coupe thing I hired a Mustang Convertible to take us from the Dave/Hagar gig in 2002 from Tampa down to the Keys. It cost about $700 for the week and was hugely disappointing slow and boring.
No, they didn't. They paid theirs back.
Generic Motors formed a "New GM", and stiffed you, me and every other red blooded tax paying citizen in these United States, out of billions of dollars that we never had a say in giving them, because your president is all about handouts. They blamed it on the "Old GM", and told your Government, and you, to fuck off.
Your president let them get away with stealing from him, and you. Why don't you just refuse to pay your taxes Nick? Then when they come to collect, tell them to fuck off, you ain't paying. See if you get treated over pennies, like GM got treated over billions. That shit corrupt company should be out of business.

Now I'm an old old man I have my old V6 Jaguar thing which makes you think you've stalled any time you stop its so quiet.
I stupidly thought the Mustang would have some balls it was like driving a fucking van.

Guy I work with just traded in his Plum Crazy Challenger R/T for a Sublime Challenger 392. The non-SRT 392 is a pretty good deal if one just wants the big motor without all the fancy crap. His has the "performance pages" thing though.
I read somewhere that Vipers have seen a $15k price drop. Plenty of low mileage used ones around $50k.

Maybe the ACR? I can't remember.
The Ram SRT-10's are pretty affordable now too.
Yeah, pretty bad investments, new. Unless you plan on storing them...

Dickforbrains test drives a Mopar he can't identify...
BTW, I thought the 392 Scat pack was an SRT car...
Guess not...
I couldn't remember if his was Scat Pack, but I guess it is.
I've heard his run but haven't seen under the hood yet.
How 'bout a T/A ??
Yeah that's right...
You would need good credit and a drivers license to do such a thing...
My bad...
:seshelle:
Check this out...
Von Halen (11-12-2014)
Locked and loaded, motherfuckers.
Any of you fuckers that don't like pure Big 3 muscle, and want to drive faggit hybrids and shit, get the fuck out of the way. Pure unadulterated motherfucking internal combustion horsepower is getting ready to run your lame asses over!

LOL
How many of these things are they making, anyways? How rare are they?
Dodge says they are not limiting production. Hellcats for everyone! Hellcat all the things!
I'm going to buy a Hellcat, drive to Lousyana, and do a burnout on Elvis' bunker swamp lawn!
I'll be here, and dinner's on me...
BTW, I just read that fifty percent of all 2015 Challenger orders are for the hellcat...
I'd say it's one of the most anticipated muscle cars ever...
The only bad thing is that it overshadows the awesome Scat Pack 392 R/T...
Detroit hasn't built a muscle car since 1973. That Hellcat piece of shit is just a sad commentary on Detroit nostalgia.
