A single 2bbl carb is more than enough for an engine like that...
Duals are for show and extreme performance...
I grew up on old VWs...
I have that race set Chef!
Finally a sunny evening to go for a cruise. I may take it up to the Woodward Dream Cruise tomorrow night.
Man that paint really pops in the sunshine. That sucker puts Ed's old clapped out Van Hauler to shame.
It's dry enough to drive, or did you float it part of the way?
That buggy is awesome! My first car was a 73 Super Beetle.. those cars are fun and easy to work on. It must be a blast on the highway!

A paddle is something you spank a hooker's bare ass with. They don't belong on cars. Holy shit people. If you are going to drive a high performance car learn to fucking shift a stick. The manufactures are making these things like game consoles because Joe Public can't shift.
It came from F1 and is meant to be the best of both worlds, I've never had one either.
I just got a car with an electronic emergency brake for the first time and I like it.
Chargers don't have manuals now, to think that the SRT Hellcat would was a stretch.
None of the hi-po Mercedes AMG cars are manuals. I can't keep up with shifting on mine when I get on it.
Here it's called an electronic handbrake.
It's where you press a button for your emergency brake in a stick shift car?
It's weird how all the words for car stuff are different between US English and proper English, like trunk(boot), fender(bumper), hood(bonnet) etc etc.
If everything between the two versions of the language was like cars I wouldn't be able to understand half the posts here...
It's like a game console for a video game. It's like like going from the mechanical slot machines where you pulled the handle to the new boring ass ones where you just push a button. You click the paddle one way to up shift and the other way to down shift. There's no fun things like matching the revs and shifting without clutching and all that. You lose a feel for the car.
Let me guess. The hand brake is a butt plug.
Back on topic...
No paddle shifters...
It's a five speed auto with manual mode, which I like...
I rarely go past third gear...
But it shifts strictly at 6000 RPM whether in manual mode or not...
That sucks because the peak 425hp happens at 6250, supposedly...
As soon as I get my hands on a Diablo or Predator I can raise the shift points to 6250 or even 6450...
But even being the larger Charger at well over 4000 lbs, this thing is a beast on the street...
It fries the tires at will but hooks up great with the traction control on...
Amazing, really...
