The problem with this is that you are overly hyping a supposed rational economic incentive for young women to get preggers when I would submit almost none of them actually think in any sort of rational economic fucking sense at all. When I lived in Syracuse, New York most the people living in the welfare projects there weren't even from New York. They were from places like Alabama. Most the kids not only didn't have a father, they didn't know who their father was. Often mom was strung out on drugs (crack cocaine was all around) and the kids were living with an overwhelmed and aging grandmother.

The welfare workers encouraged women to have more children to get more benefits. In November they would bring in busses to bus these people to the polls and then it's when I realized the whole system was to breed captive voters.

Who's behind this kind of welfare are power hungry sickos. People who ruin families and create multi generational dependency to exploit that for votes. It's really sick when you finally see what it's all about. It's not really about helping anyone.
