Van Halen Diver Down 82 Shirt?

Anyone here know if they made an official 1982 Van Halen Diver Down Shirt, such as this one in the picture..

Opinions on if it's an official VH shirt or bootleg. I've never saw one quite like it.

I don't remember that style of shirt. Most of the Diver Down tour shirts had a lion with sunglasses busting through the VH logo on the front.

Thanks for the responses! Has anyone ever saw a shirt like this back in the early 80s besides DiamondJimi? Does anyone believe it's a bootleg from the 82 tour? DiamondJimi was this shirt sold in regular clothing and/or music stores?

I don't believe that shirt is from 1982, period. I think it is one of those done way after the fact, to try and make people think it was from 1982.

I'm not saying it's not cool. I kind of like it. If you like it, and want one, get one. Who cares if it's authentic, as long as you know what you are getting.

The official VH shirts were good quality. Heavy cotton blend shirts with good silk screening. Mine lasted a long time before they wore out. My 1980 Invasion shirt lasted for years.
