It happens when enough citizens realize what the problem is and get rid of the corrupt politicians either through a political process or violence and manage to replace what's there with decent people who want to do something about austerity.

I believe if you borrow money where everything is openly disclosed and both parties understand the terms you are obligated to pay it back. I believe when banks use deception and covert means to create debt, it's a form of fraud. Every US Dollar the Federal Reserve Bank issues they charge the US government debt on. Do the American public know this? Most don't. I Japan or China loan us money above table and it's all out in the open, then we are obligated to pay them back. I think what the Federal Reserve Bank has done is a form of racketeering. It's never been above board and has been ripping the US off for a century.

Austerity is simply central banks creating money out of nothing and then offering lines of credit that eventually bankrupt countries. To settle the debt they want real assets like land, oil, minerals, roads and such. To get that stuff they need an enforcement arm. They need violence. Why do you think the banking cronies in the US Government are arming themselves to the teeth? They are planning on enforcing the austerity. You can't close the deal without violence and they know this.

They could start borrowing like hell and they´d still look better than the USA, the UK and many others!
