...they're pretty fucking boring. Token scholarship kids playing for mega-corporate multinationals. Now, barring the political side of this crap, it's just sloppy b-ball. Lame and desperate 3-point shots, inoperable (whatever the fuck that means) defense, and way too many time outs being called. Diva coaches who whore for camera time, and worst of all, CBS coverage with their shitty 5.1 surround. Even gladiatorial Rome wasn't this bad when it came to entertainment mediocrity.
I suppose betting is what keeps this nonsense alive. The fuck with school pride. More than 3/4 of these students are eyeball deep in student debt to give a shit. These games are about betting, money and more betting.Comment
