You answered your own question. Dave has always been in good shape. When you're in good shape it's easy to stay in good shape. Some people's metabolism does the work for them. When I was a young dude I could eat like a pig and drink like a fish and never gain weight but one day that changed. Have you ever had a weight problem?

The idea that some people are blessed with a fast metabolism and others are not is complete horse shit, and anyone who used "I've got a slow metabolism" as a reason for being overweight is just giving excuses. You have a metabolic rate that you can increase or reduce according to your diet and activity levels. Plenty of protein, iron and vitamins as well as staying well hydrated all contribute to a quicker metabolism. Aerobic exercise will provide a boost, as will any kind of weight training. There are forms of exercise that in fact cause a spike in your metabolism so you burn through fat a lot quicker than usual (High intensity interval training for example). Skipping meals, poor diet and drinking are all things that will decrease your metabolism

Clearly Wolf has either a poor diet or does very little exercise.

A little pudgy?, the kid looks about 280 lbs, non of it muscle. It is not normal for a 24 year old guy to be lugging around 280 lbs of mostly fat. What is his reason?. I still haven't watched the Ellen vid but today my brother in law and his brother in law made comment on how horrible Dave sounded. They said that the band was tight but Dave was acting like a child and his voice was horrendous they said he was singing in a higher than normal register...and for this reason I will NOT GO SEE A ONCE MIGHTY Dave act like a fool and sing in a manner that is not DAVE. Guy at work loved VH back in the day and watched it. He hasn't seen them or Dave since the 80's. He turned it off halfway threw it. He though the band was good but couldn't take Dave with all his arm movements and shit. He didn't mine what he was wearing or that he was bald, it was the Vegas act. As much as we've argued before, you're not going to hear any arguments from me. What you've said was 100% right. I've already lost a few pounds and working on losing more, as you eat a healthier diet and get away from eating too much junk food on a daily basis, you'll see your metabolism boost. I do at least 20 minutes of cardio six days a week and it's really worked wonders. I feel like a lot of people who believe that they're genetically overweight actually have untreated Binge Eating Disorder, which is basically Bulimia without puking what you eat.
