I'm really giving this one some thought.. What's a semi-decent hotel that's both cheap and close to the venue? I'd be coming up from Florida... Any ideas?

I don't want to start making sense or anything, but done right a lease is actually the smarter play.
The math is exactly the same if negotiated properly and maybe to your advantage versus purchasing and you can walk away if you hate the car
If all things are the same I'd rather have something with value that I can roll into the next one if I want to unload it after 2-3 years.
