That's funny you mentioned YFLM.

I will take that album a million times over ADKOT.

I'm a DLR fan first, Michael Anthony 2nd and Van Halen 3rd....

I will applaud if Dave leaves Van Halen.... I will give a standing ovation.

Dave is still a great interview and personality, but at age 60 he doesn't have the youth or stamina ( or even vocals ) to lead the band. I think it would be better for Dave to go back as a solo artist... release the John 5 album or make a whole album worth of songs like SUNBURN or Plastic Thermal Chair...

It was great seeing Dave at Cafe Wha? reclaiming his throne in the band with a new studio album.... but the Wolfgang era has run it's course.

The only REAL Van Halen is Dave, Eddie, Alex and Michael.... and I don't fucking care if anyone hates what i'm sayin'....

Between Roth's aging and the lack of Michael Anthony there is no hope for the band...

We've seen it all.... give us a deep cut like DIRTY MOVIES or Drop Dead Legs...

Go out with a bang with the REAL bass player and background vocalist instead of fading away into obscurity....

That's my take... and regardless the first 6 albums from Van Halen will always be the greatest music ever made....
