Edibles are starting to show up in the legal shops here, so I'm thinking about trying them out of curiosity.

I've never done an edible due to I don't much in the way of good tidings about them. Since there is no accurate measured THC content the high can be more intense than enjoyable. I've done weed tea, and cooked with it and those have been interesting buzzes edibles seem like weak, bad acid trips.

Actually the reason that edibles took so long to get on the market here is that they are very tightly regulated for content and consistency, unlike other states. Or even medical repositories in this state. So if you buy a chocolate bar, any one piece of it should have the exact same concentration of THC as any other piece of the same bar.

So far the most controversial thing related to edibles up here is that a carbonated beverage company was having issues with their bottles exploding in the warehouse before they could roll out the product line to the retail shops. Apparently there must have been some odd chemical reaction in the coffee flavored beverages, because those seemed to have disappeared from the product line, while the various fruit flavored beverages are still available,,,,

Don't know how many doses that was supposed to be. Do the legal pot stores sell milder strains of weed now or just the really potent shit? The "dro" they sell here is pretty mild but it gives me emphysema when I smoke it. "Reggie" is very hard to find.

Well, according to High Times (who should know) 23% THC or better is considered to be strong weed. Kristy would have to verify this one, but a commenter at the High Times site said Colorado was limited to 17% and under.

Washington weed..... apparently we're doing better than the average, at least according to my local merchants...

For one, I still think that he's as black as I am.

Second, I may be the less racist motherfucker here. I will reiterate that I will joke about/with anyone regardless of their skin. I will not, repeat, not hold back or intensify my attacks on anyone based on the colour of their skin. I am, however, more likely to make fun of a person based on the lunacy of their superstitious beliefs, but that's a whole different subject.
