Rock Hard Guitar Picks...Made in CLE

I've been in Joe's Music and it seems like kind of an unlikely place to have a $20 pick for sale. Logo is kind of cheesy, too.

I'm all for a pick that glides across the strings and doesn't permanently distort itself into the shape of your thumb!

I use the dunlop tortex and the ultex picks - they're good but they wear out fairly quick and the old lady looks at me quite oddly when i start grinding the pick against the rug!

    "WTF?"

"I'm sharpening my fuckin pick, what's it look like?"

Forget the logo. Should read: "The pick of the failed musician."

Of course, every failed musician in Ohio will line up to buy one simply to demonstrate how much of a failed fucking musician they truly are.

Les can lay it down, friend. The mother fucker has a right hand thumb the size of a turkey leg, and calluses on his left that even the salty water at the beach can not wash way.

                He grooves.

I've chatted with Les many times. We were gonna catch a red sox game but I moved to South Florida.
I wish I had a chance to see him perform. I've seen many of his youtube vids and he got serious skills on the bass!

I use Tortex 1.14mm and I can get 72 of them for $20. I lose too many to start paying $20 a time...

Yeah, he grooves all right - with mandals.

Les plays music so white he makes the members of Coldplay blush.

I'm wondering why the guy needs to wear a nitrile glove to use the pick.

I was bothered by the same thing. What, are these things, like somewhat radioactive? The give-away would have him pictured in an astronaut outfit like Buzz Aldrin or the play figure Major Matt Mason...

Oh, terrific, cancer via guitar pick. Perhaps we could connect this guy with Dr. Edward Van Halen, who somehow contracted mouth cancer while sucking on metal picks, yet cured himself by purchasing really, really shitty wine for less than 8 bucks a pop.

All of this, while a good percentage of the entire planet got along just fascinatingly well on metal spoons, forks and knives.

That was a beautiful failed musician statement. It should be your epitaph.

                              Thank you very much.

Being beautiful has always mattered to me much more than being a musician.
