Not at all. As Greg Proops once said, "you get rid of all the Mexicans in California and there would be nobody left to mow the lawns." NBC needs Mexicans to sweep the floors, mop the bathrooms, you know, do the dirty work no self-respecting white person would ever do. So Trump is a racist and moron. Why is this surprising? All he did is speak the same shit half the Rethuglicon party thinks. Pretty much the same for the Democrits, too. Sadly, in terms of the attitudes both parties and many corporations share regarding non-whites, I can't disagree with much of anything you wrote. Dems love to talk the talk regarding humane minority rights, but in practice the Democratic Party essentially treats minorities as another voter bloc to be pandered to in speeches and largely forgotten once the election is over or treated (at best) marginally better than Republicans would.

At least with the GOP, there isn't a lack of cohesion between what they profess and what they put into practice re: minorities.

Half if not more of the game of being a successful presidential candidate today is to be a celebrity. The media can make anyone anything. Look at how some media coverage sways the sheeple anymore.
