DLR/John 5 Disc To See Release?

Forgot about this...

Had Sirius Hair Nation on about a week ago. DJ Keith Roth claimed that the DLR/John 5 disc will be released "after this summer's VH tour, possibly early next year." He didn't say he had heard it.

Just throwin' that out there...something different to argue about this week.

I have seen 150 or so posts about this all kinds of anti VH... release the J5 stuff!!! any number of comments .....


When J5 or DLR first stated that they had written together it was also made very clear that this writing was done in order to create a live stage show, like a play, or musical with actors and that is wasn't a R&R studio CD effort...They were very clear about it's purpose.

I doubt it will be released as anything else.

So, I call BULLSHIT !


I also call bullshit on any comments by members of this site that J5 and DLR should release this as anythings imagned by members of this site.

I guess you didn't see the several posts I have made on this subject, including the one I posted after speaking directly to John 5, before it was even public knowledge this recording existed.

You might be thinking of some other collaboration between John 5 and DLR, but the one being discussed is absolutely a "R&R studio CD effort".

Well, I have never spoken with a rock star except one time...and it was just daytime drinking at a dive bar here in KC.

So....I think that there has only been one comment "by J5" about these sessions and they have been miss quoted as other than what originally was stated...a play, a rock review type stage production with actors.

I have no idea what people hear and write about...I rarely believe the interview itself due to the direction interviews take due to the questions purposed, to the person being interviewed.

Much like the recent EVH comments they are based on the question asked...by the writer, who knows the truth ?
