Sloppy journalism here (obviously starting with the picture they used), so who knows how close to reality this really is. The part about Axhole & Slash burying the hatchet was mentioned a few months back, so at least there's some truth to the idea.....
It's a pity if they do , slash has been much more interesting and productive than douchbag rose.
fuck your fucking framing
Can't you size that iframe crap so you don't have to go to the bottom of the article and move it sideways to read each sentence? A GnR reunion will spark some interest at first but Axl will start acting the fool again and ticket sales will plummet. Last time I heard Axl sing (if you call that singing) he sounded like shit.
According to The Tasmanian™ the only ones coming back are Axl, Slash and Duff.....

Seems odd that Slash and Duff would leave Sorum out. And I thought Dizzy Reed was one of Axl's go-to guys.
The big question...does Axl show up on time, or do these shows start when he feels like it?
Writing In All Proper Case Takes Extra Time, Is Confusing To Read, And Is Completely Pointless.
I don't give a fuck who is on stage as long as Axl Slash and duff are there.
Axl wants his gran to drum or it's not happening ....... Just saying
What the fuck is a Gran? I don't speak clockwork orange!
Fuck n ell. It's short for grandma which is short for grandmother.
I expect that from Popeye but warf thought you were cool and hip or when donniep said you were down with the kids did mean something else
gran n roses?
Another one of those classic genius posts, sure to generate responses. You log on the next day to see what your witty gem has produced to find no one gets it and 2 knotheads want to stick their dicks in it... Well played, sir!!
Think it was funnier one head .....
I had to check urban dictionary you bloody wanker!
i've got two
nutswing.gif
That was meant to say in my head .... Damn my fat fingers
Slash don't waste your time with that asshole. I mean people are giving Dave shit about his voice ??? Give this fat ass a listen !! God awful !!!
Well, of course I never take his word for anything, but if this actually happens, then Izzy better damn well "pack up his life again" and shuffle his ass on to the tour.....
As far as the drumming goes, apparently Axhole really hated Matt Sorum to the point where he called him a "former employee" and never an actual band member at all (despite the fact that he probably spent more time in the band than Adler did).
I'd like to see Adler back on drums, provided he could keep his shit together. Touring with Axhole could probably threaten anybody's sobriety.
Either photochopped or slash agreed to carry some of axl's extra pounds as part of the deal
Axl's wearing a Ric Flair shirt?? I suddenly hate Axl a bit less. WOOOOOOOO!!!!
American by birth. Southern by the grace of God.
Nah, he's just a bigger homo for Axl and Slash.
Jesus, couldn't they have come up with better names?? Axl sounds like the Glory Hole attendee at the local fag bar. And Slash?? Why not just call yourself Razor Burn or Duh Cuttuh. I mean, if you're gonna make up a fake name it should be something like Thunder Bawllz!
Wonder if they still hate St. Louis ? Yep , I was there .
The band have had some noteworthy shows, but most of that seems to be along the lines of the shows having ridiculously delayed start times, or ending early because Axl didn't want to play a full set.
I have as yet to come across a single person who said that the band were one of the greatest live acts ever on nothing other than a musical level. When I saw them opening for Aerosmith in the late 1980s, I certainly didn't think the band was anything all that amazing live.
And the band and their career kinda wound down with a whimper. Like, it wasn't anything along the lines of, say, when Roth left Van Halen in 1985 and VH at that point was coming off a hugely successful album and year...it never felt like there was any unfinished business between the members of G n R when whatever was left of the Appetite lineup finally called it quits in 1996.
Izzy to one side, there's precious little any of the former members have done since 1996 that make me feel there's much left in the tank creatively that a reunion would result in another album that would be the Second Coming of Appetite, or the best of what the Illusions albums had. I was never really THAT bowled over with Velvet Revolver, and the most interesting thing Axl has done in the last 20 years is play with a guitarist who wore a KFC bucket on his head.
I suppose there would be an audience out there for a reunion, but I haven't really sensed a massive clamoring on the part of others for it. I'll be fucked if I'd pay more than half a c-note for a ticket to sit around 2+ hours after the scheduled start time and wait for those guys to take the stage. WHat they have left to offer isn't worth that for me. Maybe if they were the headliners of a really good double bill...like good to the point where the opening act was someone I really wanted to see, so that way once the 1/2 hour mark past G n R's start time passed and the band still hadn't made their way to the stage, I'd just go home.
Scramby eggs and bacon.
Got to see them in Greensboro with Skid Row a few weeks before the lps came out..GNR started at 10:30 and finished at 2am...3 and 1/2 hrs and the closest thing to CVH I have seen...just had an aura about them. Izzy was still in the band but no Adler..
Waxle really needs to talk to the VH brothers to compare notes on how to better suck the interest out of an original-member reunion.....
Chainsaw Muthuafucka
So "days away" has turned into two weeks. I figured they'd want to announce and go on sale before the holidays. A lot of the big pop tours for next summer are on sale already.
Another subtle hint....
Kinda reminds you of VH with '07, doesn't it?

Guns N’ Roses’ website updated to feature Appetite For Destruction logo, fueling speculation of impending reunion
Announcement could be just days away
BY ALEX YOUNGON DECEMBER 25, 2015, 6:50PM
For months now rumors have swirled of a reunion between the founding members of Guns N’ Roses. For its part, the band has only fueled speculation. Not only has no one outright denied the rumors, recently the band’s official website began selling merchandise featuring images of Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan, Izzy Stadlin, and Steven Adler, as well as of their classic logo.
Now, as Blabbermouth points out, the band’s website has been stripped bare to display only the Appetite For Destruction-era logo. Aside from the obvious, it’s a noticeable development as Axl and Slash have long squabbled over ownership of the band’s logo and other copyrights.
According to Consequence of Sound sources, GNR is fielding offers for a potential reunion tour, with Coachella among the band’s biggest suitors. With Coachella’s 2016 lineup announcement arriving sometime in January, it’s appears GNR’s own announcement could be just days away. Stay tuned.
Guns N’ Roses’ classic lineup last performed together in Argentina in July 1993.
I'm guessing they follow Soundgarden's lead from a few years back and drop the reunion announcement on New Year's Eve.
All they need is a little kid "playing" bass. Cause that's what makes for an awesome reunion. Surely Axl has a little kid in his family who can use some Magical Ear Buds that can cut through time and space and show him the light.
The whole thing is interesting in a curio sort of way.
Here you go....

Guns N' Roses to Reunite for Coachella, Possible Stadium Tour: Sources
12/29/2015 by Ray Waddell
Guns N’ Roses, with founding members Axl Rose and Slash, will headline the Coachella Music & Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., set for April 15-17 and April 22-24, according to multiple sources. The reunited band is also negotiating with promoters to play as many as 25 football stadiums in North America in the summer of 2016, and is scheduled to be one of the first acts to play the new Las Vegas Arena, set to open April 6. Guns N' Roses is said to be asking as much as $3 million per show, with tickets topping out in the $250-$275 range.
The last show Axl Rose and Slash played together was on July 17, 1993 at River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires. Guns N' Roses' most recent tour, which only included Axl Rose from the original lineup, took place primarily in South America and The Joint in Las Vegas, grossing $15.2 million.
Representatives for the band, as well as Coachella producer Paul Tollett and agent Ken Fermaglich at United Talent Agency, could not be reached for comment. Executives at AEG, which will operate the new Vegas arena, also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The band's first album, Appetite for Destruction, is the biggest-selling debut in U.S. history, with 18 million sold. It spent five weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, and launched the No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 single "Sweet Child O' Mine." They have sold 44.5 million albums total in the U.S., according to the Recording Industry Association of America.
Billboard's confirmation comes on the heels of two rumor-inducing hints dropped over the past week, the first a cryptic update to the Guns N' Roses website and the second during screenings of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, where footage of a concert crowd was shown with GN'R music overdubbed. Though longtime fans may be understandably wary after the decade-plus wait for Chinese Democracy, which became a totem of sorts to frontman Axl Rose's sometimes unpredictable behavior, this reunion bears no sign of that record's bumpy road.
Coachella has a pedigree for coaxing much-loved acts out of retirement, or being the linchpin to plans that had already been simmering. The fest has previously hosted the reunions of Rage Against The Machine in 2007, My Bloody Valentine in 2009, Pulp in 2012 and Outkast in 2014 -- not to mention Tupac's posthumous return to the stage in 2012. Guns N' Roses will arrive a year after two other legendary acts, AC/DC and Steely Dan, headlined the 2015 edition. Last year's edition drew 198,000 to the California desert, generating $84.2 million in revenue, according to Boxscore.
