Here's a bigger question - why the fuck would a jihadist BOTHER posing as a refugee and suffer through being a "sleeper" for 18 to 24 month before they ever were cleared, THEN have to continue the sleeper act for months more while trying to get organized to act - when they could far more easily fake a work or student visa and waltz right in?
