These are the words his people use but the accent sounds way wrong to me.

I can follow it if I concentrate but I guess an American would be lost.

I had that on in the background and couldn't follow that accent at all. I'd guess it was some Hollywood writer's exaggerated parody of what they thought a Geordie should sound like.
