People that have done business with drug dealers might see things a little differently if we went back to executing drug dealers.

There is no such thing as a non-violent drug crime but we have a shit stain secretary of state meeting with FARC and drug using prez passing out pardons.

meanwhile, three students at George Mason University have been arrested after alleged bomb-making materials were found in a dorm room....

Gotta disagree with you on that. But anytime money is involved violent crime isn't far behind. Money isn't the root of all evil though. The desire for money is. I see nothing violent about a person buying an ounce or even a pound of weed and selling it to his friends but somewhere along the line someone might have been beaten down or even killed over the crop or shipment it came from. The more money involved the more likely violence will be involved too.

Actually MA was one of the few states (if not the only one) that would yank your drivers license for being busted with drugs( even if it had nothing to do with driving). But instead of it being driven by the laws against pot (which they have now loosened up) they have repealed that law because of the opiate/heroin problem (they need help).

The Rolling Stones were on to the BCE drug war even back in the day, and even had a few laughs about it in their lyrics....

    Mister President, Mister Immigration Man,
Let me in, sweetie, to your fair land.
I'm Tampa bound and Memphis too,
Short Fat Fanny is on the loose.
Dig that sound on the radio,
Then slip it right across into Buffalo.
Dick and Pat in ole D.C.,
Well they're gonna hold some shit for me.

Right, Minnehaha. Addiction and behavior have become interchangeable haven’t they? Go ahead and enjoy. According your social justice language, there’s no consequence for bad behavior. Just like: Christian Taylor, Bill Cosby, Michael Brown, Tomorio Walton, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Chris Kelly, Whitney Houston, Amy Winehouse, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Mayes, Janis Joplin, Heath Ledger, Anna Nicole Smith, John Entwistle, Chris Farley, John Belushi, Margaux Hemingway, Sid Vicious, Layne Staley, and the hero of every booger pickin'-flannel wearing-safety pins in their eyebrows-shoe gazing grunge fuck; Kurt Cobain.

No, Tootsie. Do you need someone to draw a distinction between a hardcore terrorist and a worthless drug user?

And no worthless drug user has ever committed a crime. In fact, anybody would be hard pressed to find a drug dealer holding a drug user’s EBT card as payment.

Tootsie, I have a simple question for all you casual use fucks:

Why aren't you guys helping with multi-million dollar cocaine shipments, setting up meth labs, or driving in tons of weed?

Why aren't you pulling for these drug cartel guys the same way you pull for the single joint dorm room college chick?

I ask myself that same question every time I watch the first Cocaine Cowboys documentary. Those guys had it made. All they did was bring it in. And never once had an issue for like 7 or 8 years until one guy ratted them out. I know it's supposed to be a cautionary tale but it always comes across as one long motivational speech and road map to me lol

And the socialist Bay city roller drops 2¢ worth in the thread.
It must have been hard trying to find an anti tobacco death list. Although, it might be a little harder to find a morphine or heroin death list in Scotland. Are they still substituting methadone for heroin in Scotland?

Sesh, I noticed that you decided not to go pot vs. cocaine or heroin. Are you really that addled by socialism to the place where it’s your frame of reference?

My old governor in the state of Indiana used to receive medical shipments from South America to sedate his cancer ridden dying wife. Apparently, he didn’t bother Reagan with his actions and he became the surgeon general of the U.S.

I live in Florida. Where I live has been called God’s waiting room. Do you honestly think I don’t know people in constant pain at the end of their lives in need of any relief? Or the family two streets over and four houses down with a little girl dying of leukemia?

There’s a difference between behavior and social addiction and medical addiction.

If you’re having any problems with that fact, take it up with Richard Nixon…..

Well, you obviously aren't much of a Libertarian, because they're all about drug legalization. Gary Johnson even went into the weed business himself after it was legalized in Colorado.

Slightly off topic but...my son has a conference call with the CEO and another executive of Canada's biggest Licensed Producer of weed. He sent them an email with some marketing ideas he has and they contacted him back right away.

    The legalization wheels are turning...

How come some people can't comprehend there are individuals out there that don't align themselves with a particular party or political leaning? Personally I agree with Bernie on health care, legalization of weed, making the rich pay their fair share of taxes (fair share, not 90% of their net income). I lean towards a flat rate tax for all with no loopholes. I agree with Trump on illegal immigrants. I don't think he's gonna get Mexico to build a wall but something needs to be done to secure that border and something needs to be done to stop companies from hiring illegals. I'm not for deporting every illegal alien either. I actually believe most of them come here to make a better life for themselves and their families. Those who can prove they've been productive members of our society and are willing to pledge loyalty to this country should be given a chance to go through the process to become citizens but they shouldn't be given anything extra for breaking our laws. We also need to limit how many people can come here and work legally. Supply shouldn't eclipse demand. And as far as legalizing hard drugs I say no, hell no. I'm all for giving first timers a chance to clean up their act but after that they need to have some insentive to stay clean and that insentive should be their freedom. I also agree with Trump on not trusting Muslim refugees. I don't think they're all evil but I'm not willing to bet my life or anyones elses life they've all come here with good intentions.

And you think all democrats here are pro legalization of controlled substances? Have you ever met a crackhead? Ever met a hard core junkie? A hard core tweaker? We don't lock them up for their own protection, we lock them up for ours. Drug addicts will do whatever it takes to get their drug of choice. They don't give a fuck if you're pro drug or not, they'll cut your heart out for their next fix, hit or line if that's what it takes. I'm all for helping some people but some people actually prefer to be drug addicts. They don't want to change. Lock them up a few times and maybe they'll change their minds, if not lock them up and throw away the keys.

Some Demoncrats are sadly anti legalization. Patrick Kennedy (Teddy's son) was leading some stupid anti-weed campaign a couple years back.

This is the very same Patrick Kennedy who drove his car in an Ambien coma in the middle of the night and crashed into a wall, because he thought he was driving to the Capitol for a vote (he was a Congressman at the time).

If Pat had used weed to help him sleep, he would have simply got sleepy. Not zombified and a danger to himself and others, as is a common side effect of Ambien.

Do you know WHY that is?

Because addiction CHANGES THE WIRING IN THE BRAIN. NOBODY prefers to be an addict, you ignorant piece of shit. Go read some books, educate yourself...because you obviously have no clue what you're talking about.

Like father like son. Crediiting The BCE, or the republican party for starting the war on drugs in kind of misleading. The marihauna tax act of 1937 made it illegal to produce hemp and cannibas in the U S. It was pushed by several rich businessmen (Du Pont, William Randolph Hearst, Andrew Mellon) to destroy the hemp industry so they could get more profit for their products. Some historians don't agree but trying to ban the production of hemp without tying it to anti cannibas legislation probably wouldn't have worked.

I was being civil but I guess that's not going to work with you. I don't give a shit about learning about addiction because I think whoever writes this shit is just making excuses for people who choose not to exercise self control. I experimented with drugs quite a bit when I was younger but I had the brain power and the self control to realize there was no future in that shit. Considering what a dumb fuck you think I am goes to show how ignorant people who do get addicted to drugs truly are. People like you that make excuses for these stupid fucks are just as fucking ignorant as they are IMO you stupid fucking cunt.

I think the one keeping you alive conked out years ago. Instead of being one of the Walking Dead you're one of the Posting Dead. The Posting Brain Dead.

Fuck you and your supposed education. All you do is talk out your ass about how much you know about everything when you really don't know jack shit. If you want to legalize drugs in Canada try contacting the Queen or whoever the fuck runs your backasswards country. While yoy're at it you can request to have a few million wetbacks and a few hundred thousand Syrian refugees to shipped there to make it a true Utopia.

You say I don't know jack shit, then blabber on about something you know jack shit about...again.

Our laws are passed through the House of Commons and the Senate, the Queen has no say. In fact, the Monarchy is just a figure head...

And we have many Mexican workers here, we're just smart enough to find a way to have them here temporarily. We don't allow illegals to work here....and we are bringing in 100s of thousands Syrian refugees...

We do need more white folks doing what I do. It's called reconciliation. Until then, we're scraping up bodies of CHILDREN who have killed themselves on reserves...
