That doesn't make any sense at all.
The only possible evidence for a rigged election would be if all the polls said one thing and the result went the other way. At the moment that would mean evidence of a rigged election would be if he won but in any case that argument can't be made until after the election takes place.

I don't know the exact words he has used regarding this issue but "rigging an election" can mean more than just manipulating the vote count in your favor. I think the concentrated efforts of the media and both parties to sway public opinion against Trump could be considered rigging the election as well.
That's the whole point - it can't. That's media bias or trying to influence people. Attempting to influence how people freely choose how to vote is politics. Every time Drumpf speaks in public that's what he is doing.
Election rigging is illegal interference with the process of an election.
