It looks custom made to me. Commercial guitars have a brand name on the headstock. There are companies that make bodies and necks any way you want out of any kind of wood you want. A lot of people order parts to their liking and put the guitar together themselves. Some people that hang at this site or used to did that kind of thing.

I can't repost the picture with the guitar you're reffering to without taking the Colorado Cunt off ignore but isn't that a left handed neck or head stock on a right handed guitar? The reason I'm asking is most right handed guitars with that style of head stock have the pegs on the top.

Yeah it's a lefty neck put on a righty body. You can go to Warmoth.com and order any combination of stuff you want. Leo Fender designed his guitars to be mass produced by unskilled labor. It's basically just drilling some holes and putting screws in if you have all finished components. The tricky part is setting the guitar up. You need a few special tools to do that but most anyone who can measure and drill a straight hole can put together a Fender styled guitar.
