So in the 'land of the free' adults are not allowed to freely take what they wish into their own bodies?
Why is this shit still happening at this point is it because they are black?
Anyhoo on an unrelated point I was in your neighborhood last week in Clearwater and I'm even more surprised at your posts here about the subject because your climate is already like something post apocalypse. -

Opioid addiction causes more deaths in the US than guns.

Russians Became Most Active Foreign Buyers of Florida Properties in 2009
(MOSCOW, RUSSIA) -- Demand for housing in the United States from Russians and citizens of CIS countries in 2009 increased by 250%, according to research conducted by the Moscow-based real estate agency Gordon Rock.
Most of the Russians traditionally look for Florida property (45% of Russian requests).
Russians are spending hundreds of millions of dollars on waterfront palaces in Miami, launching the next big land grab by the world's super-rich.
Why Miami Is Becoming the 'Russian Riviera'
On a recent afternoon, Miami real-estate agent Jill Eber is taking a Russian millionaire on a mansion-shopping trip.
"This is the Versace Room," Eber says, walking into a vast living room of blue velvet sofas and gold French Imperial lamps. "It really makes a statement."
The mansion, "Castello del Sole," sits on an exclusive island on Miami Beach and has eight bedrooms, nine baths and a three-story foyer with fresco ceilings. The grounds include two yacht docks, a tennis court, guest villas, a five-car garage and a lagoon-style pool with over 100,000 gallons of water.

Middleton, Ohio, lawyers are researching the council member's proposal. But currently, the city manager said: “We respond and render aid every time."
One politician’s solution to the overdose problem: Let addicts die
Under a plan by a city council member in Ohio, people who dial 911 seeking help for someone who's overdosing on opioids would start hearing something new from dispatchers: “No.”
In response to the opioid epidemic that swept the nation — including the small city of Middletown, population 50,000 — council member Dan Picard floated an idea that's been called more of “a cry of frustration” than a legitimate solution.
At a council meeting last week, Picard proposed a three-strikes-style policy for people who repeatedly overdose: Too many overdoses and authorities wouldn't send an ambulance to resuscitate them.
Picard told The Washington Post that he sympathizes with anyone who has lost someone to drug abuse, but said that responding to an ever-increasing number of overdose calls threatens to bleed his city dry.
“It’s not a proposal to solve the drug problem,” Picard said this week. “My proposal is in regard to the financial survivability of our city. If we’re spending $2 million this year and $4 million next year and $6 million after that, we’re in trouble. We’re going to have to start laying off. We're going to have to raise taxes.”A NATION OF COWARDS - Jeffrey R. SnyderComment
