We need to go back to the Eisenhower era tax rates. And make that retroactive, in the case of inheritance leeches such as the Kochs and the Waltons.
It's not a coincidence that no significant infrastructure has been built in this country since 1980. Ford I think, occasionally... you are bright enough and old enough to understand that the Reagan era tax restructuring did not show their full effect/impact within the time frame of his presidential term. The economics of this country don't turn on a dime or within a couple of years. The cumulative impact wasn't fully realized until Clinton was president and we were able to balance the budget based on the economic growth that started with Reagan's cuts and regulatory restructuring.
The global economy today and what it was in the 50's when the Eisenhower era tax rates were in place won't work and applying it retroactively is a foolish pipe dream. You should know that applying something that punitively impact the Kochs and the Waltons won't do a damn thing good for anyone paying taxes on working wages compared to global corporate economics.
Since you don't appear to be someone living a life of luxury based on your corporate earnings... what would you support that would directly impact your bottom line..?
