In fact all this noise about guns just distracts people from the real problems like the poor academic performance most our high school students have. The US is becoming dumb. There's a lot of hypocrisy. People will say they are against guns but own guns themselves. They will have security who have guns. It's bullshit. If there is any legislation it's about bump stocks. Now if you have had some training with full automatic weapons you will understand what a joke bump firing is. You don't need a bump stock and bump firing is just a fun way to waste lots of ammo. There is no tactical reason to do it. Aimed shots are more deadly. It's all kabuki theater.

There already is gun control such as the National Firearms Act of 1934, which strictly controls automatic weapons. I agree there will never be an overall gun ban nor confiscation, but certain classes will become more restricted. It's just a matter of time and I think the millennial groundswell is becoming too big to ignore...
