You do realize that those millennials are the ones doing the majority of dying (and killing) in our wars, right?

I mean fuck, how old are we getting with the "these kids today!" nonsense. C'mon Nitro, when you were their age you walked up hill twice a day 5 miles to school in cardboard shoes!..

But I do have concerns about cellphone use and the obsessions with texting and other social media shit. But in the end this kid killed because he was odd, was bullied for being possibly mentally ill and socially awkward, and couldn't get laid. Sounds like that's a lot of generations. Hell, that explains jerksmear...

You can't fill your car up with gasoline because it can be used in a flame thrower or a molotov cocktail.

I'm not a psychologist, but maybe the majority of these school shooters share common developmental characteristics. If that is the case, perhaps some sort of conclusions could be extrapolated from those similarities.

It has been said that at the heart of every suicide lies the archetypal mystery wrapped in a riddle inside an enigma in terms of the why. I suspect some of that may extend to why some people finally snap and decide to cross the line over into murdering others.

I mean, I suppose one could say such things as violent video games, internet porn and or/violent images and medications like Ritalin could contribute to pushing an adolescent over the line into murder. However, those things in and of themselves don't cause homicidal behavior on the part of everyone who looks at them or ingests them.

Maybe these kids just needed to get smacked upside the head by their parents more often when growing up: is there a correlation between the lessening of corporal punishment for juveniles and the uptick in violent acts committed by juveniles over the last 3 decades?

Maybe killing classmates is the one irrevocable "fuck you" these misfits can engage in. Just teased and bullied to the point where they just want vengeance. Or, maybe these mostly male misfit shooters just weren't adept with girls: an emotionally unbalanced male teen who enjoys violent video games, watches too much porn, is ostracized by the majority of his peers, can't get a date, feels not only like he's a complete loser now but that he'll always be one no matter what...I suppose I can understand why the kid would want to lash out in some fashion.

Maybe in the past it was people believing God would punish them in the next life. People were more religious in the past and the concept of eternal judgement was more widely accepted. Maybe even the nutters were conditioned enough to where they would think, oh I better not gun those people down. Satan will be shoving pineapples up my ass in 120 F heat for an eternity.

Haha! I'm 4% body fat. Sorry I ski and rock climb and those activities are hard to do when you weigh 350 pounds.
