Sorry gang can't seem to get the last 2 pics to load. I know they look a bit crappy but hey, I still got some pics. As soon as I can locate EEAS, Skyscraper and the DD tour/ Fair Warning tour I'll put them up, unfortunately I wasn't sittin as close but WTF you can still see Dave and the boys.

I was a relatively late Van Halen fan. I didn't listen to much rock when I was in high school. I remember a friend of mine drawing all these VH, Def Leppard, AC/DC, etc. symbols all over his notebooks. That was my introduction to VH, the symbol.
Then we got MTV in my hometown (Key West, FL) in late 1983. I remember this ad featuring Dave (who I really didn't know anything about) doing a promotion for the release of either Jump or the whole 1984 album on New Year's Eve.
I became a huge Van Halen fan after that. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to see them in concert since (I think) they started their tour in Miami and I missed the opportunity.
I never had another opportunity to see them because that was their last tour.
All this is to say that my image of VH will always be as they were in 1984. Moose, I thank you for those great pics reminding me of those days.

I saw this tour in Landover, it was awesome!!! 2 years later I saw them with Sham and left early, it sucked.
