    Ric Ocasek...dead

Ain't nothin' wrong with a good pop song. Ric Ocasek wrote a lot of them.

Seeing this I recognized the girl so I googled girl something to grab for and it came back with a bunch of Donald Trump results...

Anyhoo it's same girl from the Ratt IOYP cover and Lay It Down video and she turns 60 this year.

Now if we could just have harnessed the energy from all the wrist action this little scene caused. Phoebe-Cates caused a lot of masturbating.

Ric Ocasek was the Roy Orbison of New Wave. The Cars were one of those bands that transitioned us from the 70's full of all that horrid soft rock and disco and took us into the 80's where pop became fun again.

More importantly what Ric and his band proved was if you were a nerd, write some good songs and you will end up with supermodels.
