Yeah it's popped up again because Phil Collins has a book coming out.

I don't understand how those fucking idiots thought 'the drummer won't be rehearsed so maybe better to have two instead' like that makes any sense at all. They tried to blame the drumming not the number of drummers but watching it now it's not even a major issue compared to how fucking out their faces Plant and Page were anyway. It's like a nightmare match up of Roth early US Festival gig combined with Eddie on the 2004 Van Hagar tour. The drugs to make you feel so invincible that you can pull that off are impressive.

There is another comment on that YouTube clip about doing a follow-up to the Bohemian Rhapsody movie but this time with Zeppelin instead the movie climaxing with this performance.

You will know Kristy has won the lottery when that is announced...

At the end he said, "This is one of the reunions you can't help but wonder what's going to become of these relationships once Live Aid passes." The answer is nothing. This Live Aid concert was two months after Plant released his Shaken 'n' Stirred album, and Page released The Firm with Paul Rogers.

I kinda dig on the Bird and Bee. The drummer was solid and laid down the groove. No clue where the bass and keyboard players were. I didn't see anyone standing behind the keys. There was a trombone solo, but it was a travesty that they didn't give some to the sax. A Junior Walker style solo would have certainly augmented that performance. Chicks up front were doing their best to shake their money makers, though.

Dave needs to bring out his jazz hands and fire up another tribute compilation like Strummin with the Devil... But with some hot jazz musicians.

He could easily get Mike Stern, or Michael Brecker. Dennis Chambers? Or are you talking old school be-bop?

Brecker brothers with Chambers would work just fine!! They can swing old school, but also tap high energy fusion styles as well. Excellent choice!
