Condoleezza Rice fucks up in the lead up to 9-11 in a criminally poor performance of her job as National Security Advisor. She should have been sacked or at the absolute least resigned on the spot, Instead she pushes for the invasion of Iraq and for the US to start it's torture program. For this she gets promoted to Secretary of State.
