Please keep in mind that you turds have been telling people "you're not a doctor!" for the last year and a half. If you have not attended law school, you should STFU.

Actually I did attend law school but you are right that's why I only said 'jeez' I've only read a couple of paragraphs of the case. But jeez nonetheless.
Also just finished watching The People v OJ and a thing about that Korean shopkeeper woman who got probation for shooting a kid in the back of the head just before the LA riots so I know how things can go wrong...

I think my main jeez about this case is that the police and lots of other people it seems, think it's a good idea for self appointed 17 year old vigilantes to wander around the streets of someone else's town armed with an assault rifle.
That it then leads to people getting shot seems almost inevitable.
I got ID'd in my 40s at a liquor store but cops drive past this kid?
If nothing else this trial is going to give some good memes...

At no point was this little Nazi shit "defending himself".
He was in a state where he did not live, using an assault weapon he had no legal right to possess, acting out some sick Trumpsucking fantasy of "protecting property" that nobody asked him to "protect".
And the guy who allegedly "pointed a gun at him" (which he actually didn't) was only AFTER HE FUCKING ALREADY MURDERED TWO PEOPLE, for fucks sake. Furthermore, that guy put his gun away before Shittenhouse shot him and took half of his arm off. Unlike the little terrorist, that dude was a medic who was actually on the scene to help people
Yeah, Mrs. Rittenhouse is the worst mother since the Alex Jones fan whose son shot up Sandy Hook Elementary. At least that piece of shit had the courtesy to take her out first, before he went on his murderous rampage.
KKKyle's mommy took his 17 year old ass to a bar so he could drink with fellow white supremacists when he got out on bail.
All it takes is one good guy with a gun, y’all.

Supposedly Rittenhouse's father lives in Kenosha. I'm too lazy to look into it any further.
"Gaige?" That guy wants to be mad at someone, it should be his parents for naming him that.
Before social media I think almost everyone would have agreed that all the people involved in this case are assholes, now people seem to have to pick a side and defend it to the death.
After typing that sentence I just realized of course that this is social media and has been around way longer than fucking Facebook or whatever.
BIG BIG difference is their algorithms which are designed to keep people posting and reading. We used to have Van Hagar for that, Zuckerberg worked out a way to insert a 'Hagar' into everything by making you more likely to see things in your feed that you have previously said made you angry.

Crazy stuff.
The judge presiding over the double homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has dismissed one of the counts against him, a misdemeanor charge for possessing a dangerous weapon – an AR-15-style rifle – under age 18.
A trial for Mr Rittenhouse, who faces five felony charges related to killing two men and injuring another in the aftermath of police violence protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is drawing to a close, with closing arguments by both legal teams set to begin on 15 November, with a verdict to follow.
On Monday, Judge Bruce Schroeder dismissed a key charge before the jury heard closing remarks, after several attempts by defence attorneys to remove it, on a technicality.
Judge Schroeder argued that the charge, which is punishable up to nine months in prison, was drawn from poorly and confusingly written Wisconsin open-carry law, and determined that the shorter barrel size of the rifle used by Mr Rittenhouse – despite being under age at the time – meant that he did not violate it.
Judge Schroeder believed the jury could only convict if prosecutors showed that the length of the barrel of the rifle used by Mr Rittenhouse fell within the legal dimensions for a short-barreled rifle – as under 16 inches or an overall length of less than 26 inches. The AR-15-style Smith & Wesson M & P 15 rifle used by Mr Rittenhouse is 35 inches long, with a barrel length of 16 inches.
Self defense.
Case closed.
Corrupt Klan fuck "judge".
KKKase KKKlosed.
The rest of the world just looks on thinking you are fucking nuts.
It ain't just the rest of the world. Wisconsin used to be a reliably sane state. Then the Koch brothers took over, and it's been one long string of batshit insanity since then. First it was Snotty Walker... then that braindead tool Ron Johnson who stole Russ Feingold's Senate seat. Now this little Nazi prick and the Klansman judge enabling him. And let's not forget their super-spreading QB, Aaron Rodgers.
I've never set foot in Wisconsin myself, but it was where my ancestors first settled when they came over from Germany. I doubt they would recognize the place now.
The 17 year old wandering about the streets with the assault rifle is fine because the barrel length was just acceptable at 16 inches.
15.5 inches is 9 months in jail but 16 inches is fine.
It's beyond parody or criticism it's actually just so fucking stupid it's hilarious.

This is a mixture of bullshit and some truth. Rosenbaum was indeed a sex offender. He was molested by his stepfather as a child and then molested the boys in the home he fled to and he lived in as a teen.
Huber is a bit more mixed. He did have a domestic incident with his mother and brother, but that was hardly black and white. He might have been a felon but it seems that he easily could have had that removed from his record as he was a teen and there was mental illness involved. The same can be said for Rittenhouse I think...
There is no evidence that Grosskreutz is a felon and it seem most of his charges are more or less made-up. He was legally carrying his gun on that night and couldn't have if he were a felon, right?
So we're kind of vacillating on defamation here...
Source: https://www.snopes.com/news/2020/09/...ctims-records/Also false was the assertion that all three of the teenager’s victims were felons. Grosskreutz had not committed a felony crime, our analysis of court records showed.
He was, however, found guilty in 2016 of breaking Wisconsin’s law governing the use of dangerous weapons — a misdemeanor offense — per Milwaukee County court records. He had apparently gone somewhere “armed while intoxicated,” though the court records did not elaborate on what exactly had happened. Snopes requested a copy of the probable cause statement from county records administrators, but we have not yet obtained it.
Additionally, Grosskreutz at various points received tickets for minor offenses including disobeying police officers and making loud noises, the court records showed. However, no evidence showed he had indeed committed burglary, like supporters of the alleged killer claimed, though he had been arrested on suspicion of the crime in 2012. The felony charge was later dismissed, per Wisconsin Department of Justice’s criminal data.
In the interview with CNN, Grosskreutz said he has paid his debt for his past crimes and that he had every right to carry a gun at the Aug. 25 protest. “I’m not a felon,” he said. “I had a legal right to possess [a firearm] and to possess it concealed.”
