anyone know what it is?
Don't notice most of my posts are less than 2 lines...

Looks like a fancy-schmancy reverb-pan with a mystery-control and way too many brackets... What did your cat decide?
Btw, new pics...
There was an ad for a very high end Raven West guitar. Kinda looks like a PRS Custom 22. It's got a quilt maple top and custom 'buckers. Guy wants $100, needs cash for school he said. Called him this morning and the poor sap never called back. Oh well, his loss. Guess he doesn't really need money after all!
Reading Crazy From the Heat in four hours flat, in a cramped RV, on the return trip of a 3,000+ mile family outing to New Jersey is an enlightening experience you'll never forget.
got the blue flower Telecaster ....Mini!
Ha.....cool, Cato-san!
check out this odd stuff I got the other day.
it's a guitorgan(guitar+organ).
google "Godwin guitar organ". you will get some info about this musical instrument.
Wow. Congrats on the latest addition to your collection, Cato-san!
Nice score Cato. I'm sure it sounds better when it's actually in tune...
Wow! I want one!
You could make some SERIOUS drug music with one of those....or a PORN sound track if you added some Wha!!!
Sneak peak time....
Gotta love the character limit...it actually says "post assembly" but shows up "post ass"
Awesome!!! KILLER GUITAR
Probably this weekend...I've been working on it in spurts, time permitting...had a wiring issue that I got resolved last night, but it was already 11:00PM by the time I got done, so will do the intonation tonight or tomorrow depending on how beat I am after work tonight...and will have to use the laptop cam (and decide whether or not I want to show my mug here) since the PC with Pro Tools is currently down. I could tell just from knocking around on it last night the Porter pickups aren't quite as "low" output as I figured they'd be...already does not sound shabby! The Brass FU block is (of course) a huge improvement even acoustically from what I remember it sounding like in my 20s...way louder and punchier for certain. But I cannot say enough about the new Boogie Bodies neck...never thought I'd find somethihng I like more than my Warmoth's but he took the specs to it and made the back profile a hair thinner - not "wizard" neck thin but verrrrrry nice, and the action is unbelievably low with no buzzing or choking out on bends. Finally the neck it deserved all these years.
This turning out to be a cool blend of vintage and modern parts...plus, since I've got such a long history with the body, feels like getting reacquainted with an old girlfriend...one who's been heavily...augmented since the last time you saw her.
No webcam at home at the moment... Will try to draft someone over the weekend to hold the Blackberry cam while I give these two a workout, but here's another sneak peak at the completed Charvel/KnE "Bomber"...
While the Kramer sounds good, this thing blows it out of the water...turns out a Titanium block in Ash beats the shit out of a Brass block in Alder..WHO KNEW?
Right on, man!
Still no chance to record "you are there" vids, but got some nice outdoor shots done this weekend...
Very Metal Jay!
Can I show off my pickup here?
a Seymour Duncan humbucker. I heard that it's pretty old. but I have no idea how old it is.
has anyone seen the same one?
It's pretty old judging by the sticker... doesn't even have the winder's initials on it... the '59B is a cool pickup.
